I say this a bit tongue in cheek but it is also accurate The problem with most people is they usually try just one or two things and then give up. That, or they just try to do more of the technique that is not working (E.g. just meditate more, just exercise more, just avoid the problem more) If you keep trying eventually one of them will work. There are a bajillion different things you can try, but here is a list of things that might help:
