Remember how gross alcohol/coffee tasted when you first drank it?
Know how you genuinely like the taste now? You can do that for most foods, drinks, and even the weather. I recommend: - Liking your coffee black. Saves on extra calories and money - Liking tea. Lets you lower your caffeine tolerance so you can save a strong cup of coffee for days when you really need a caffeine boost - Liking vegetables. They're actually delicious. Don't be manipulated by your younger self's memories. - Liking the rain. Especially if you live in a place that rains a lot, changing the associations to it being beautiful and making everything feel cozy is a game-changer.
